What You#39;ll Do

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant , you#39;ll work with an experienced team to support marketing events, promotional campaigns, community engagements, and customer-focused brand experiences.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with event preparation, setup, execution, and breakdown
• Support promotional marketing campaigns and community events
• Interact with customers, attendees, and community members
• Answer questions and provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Represent client brands professionally and enthusiastically
• Create positive and memorable customer experiences
• Assist with event materials, displays, schedules, and supplies
• Support day-to-day event and campaign operations
• Collect customer feedback and assist with tracking event engagement
• Work closely with team members and leadership
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
• Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and experience grow
