New Albany Country Club is now accepting applications for year-round lifeguards. Current hours needed are 5 am - 1 pm Monday - Friday. What You’ll Do * Watch swimmers and help keep everyone safe * Enforce pool rules in a friendly, professional way * Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies * Assist members and guests when needed * Help keep the pool deck clean, safe, and organized What We’re Looking For * Must be at least 16 years old * Strong swimming skills and alertness * Positive attitude and good communication skills * Lifeguard Certification, CPR & First Aid * Certification available through the Club for $137.50 (fully refundable after completing required hours) Why This Is a Great Job * $15/hour competitive pay * Gain valuable responsibility and customer service experience
