Do you want to make difference in the life of a Pediatric or Adult Patient? Cooperative Home Care is hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support a Pediatric or Adult patient in St. Charles. Private Duty Nursing allows nurses to form meaningful 1 on 1 patient relationships and offers you the ability to work a schedule that fits your life. While eliminating the chaos that comes with a hospital or facility environment. Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 5:00pm - 8:00pm Pay: $32.00 to $35.00 an hour Sign on Bonus: Earn sign-on bonuses just by picking up shifts! Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
• Complete all necessary clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Active CPR certification (We can provide a class if yours isn’t active!)
