We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation / Sales Compensation.
Key Skills:
Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation configuration and implementation
Compensation plans, plan components, crediting and earnings
Participant assignments and commission calculations
Integration and testing experience
Ability to provide product demos and work directly with business stakeholders
Experience estimating effort for new compensation plans and enhancements
Candidates with only Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation experience may not be a fit unless they also have direct Oracle Incentive Compensation experience.
