Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

5+ Years Experience | In-Office | Southeast Houston (Outside the Loop)

An established Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm in Southeast Houston (outside the loop) is seeking a senior-level litigation paralegal to join its team. This is a full-time, in-office role for an experienced professional who can handle a demanding litigation caseload.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

5+ years as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury litigation paralegal

Current role must be Plaintiff-side litigation (Defense, pre-lit only, or mixed roles will not be considered)

Proven ability to manage 70+ active litigation cases

Strong understanding of litigation workflows and deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Manage high-volume litigation caseload from discovery through trial

Draft and respond to written discovery

Handle e-filing, calendaring, and docket control orders

Prepare hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial materials

Coordinate with attorneys to ensure cases stay on track

Step in for trial support , including extended hours when required

Schedule & Work Environment

In-office only (no hybrid or remote)

Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
