As several long-tenured professionals transition toward retirement, we are looking for a talented tax professional who wants more than simply reviewing returns. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of the firm’s tax practice, mentor staff, build client relationships, and contribute to strategic decisions that impact the direction of the organization. If you enjoy combining technical tax expertise with leadership, client advisory services, and practice development, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. Why Professionals Choose WNA

  • Opportunity to influence the future direction of the firm

Unlike many public accounting firms, our professional staff are compensated for the time they work. We believe exceptional performance should be rewarded, not penalized. In staff surveys, flexibility is consistently identified as one of the firm’s greatest strengths. Whether you prefer to start your day early, work later in the day, work remotely part of the week, or attend important family events, we believe great professionals can also have fulfilling lives outside of work. At WNA, we trust our professionals to manage their responsibilities, make informed decisions, and take ownership of their work. Our team operates within a clearly defined priority system that provides direction while allowing individuals the flexibility and autonomy to determine the most effective path forward. We believe talented professionals do their best work when they are empowered to think critically, solve problems, and contribute ideas—not simply follow instructions. Who Thrives in This Role?
